Building Envelope Solutions (BES) manufactures and installs weatherization products for various building types and projects. While various types of spray-foam insulation and caulking are used for gaps, cracks, holes, and roof level changes to the building, BES weatherization stripping and sweeps are applied to doors as an all-weather compression seal to minimize the flow of uncontrolled air.
Windows are also factored in during audits; BES has many energy-saving options to correct inefficiencies such as BES Therma-pane inserts and Window Film. Certain projects require complete window replace-ment, therefor BES offers various window replacement options, framing, and masonry.
Implementation of these products improves overall building perfor-mance by reducing energy costs, while acting as an amplified barrier to rodents, insects, and other pests.
