Founder of International Energy Savers Joins ECM Holding Group and Building Envelope Solutions as Project Director for the Window Film Division

OSHKOSH, WI: Building Envelope Solutions (BES) expands management team to offer customers greater window film expertise.

We are pleased to announce that Saul Buchinsky has joined the BES leadership team. He is charged with overseeing all aspects of growing the Window Film Division.

Saul Buchinsky founded International Energy Savers (IES) in the mid-1980s. Over the last 30 years, Saul has emerged as a leader in the window film industry. In 2017, Saul transitioned IES to new management in order to join ECM as Vice President for the BES Window Film division.

"This is a great opportunity. By sharing my industry experience with the teams at BES and ECM, we are poised to help a lot of customers save energy while making buildings more comfortable."

-Saul Buchinsky

IES has conducted business in 33 states, and several Caribbean islands including Puerto Rico where Saul is a Member of the US Green Building Council. Mr. Buchinsky is also authorized by the AIA to deliver window film training to designers and architects for CEU credits.

Affiliated with most leading brands, Mr. Buchinsky was a founding member of the Window Film Dealer Council at Llumar / Eastman Chemicals where IES was named 2012 Dealer of the Year for the Performance Films Division. Saul is also recognized as a 3M Prestige Dealer.

IES has served a wide range of satisfied customers, including the Dept. of Defense and the Dept. of Energy. On one occasion, Saul even delivered window film training for the Italian Dept. of Defense in Rome at the request of the US Dept. of Commerce.

Saul Buchinsky demonstrates window film installation to BES team

Tom Laufenberg, President and CEO of ECM Holding Group commented on Saul Buchinsky joining the BES team, "We have known and worked with Saul for a long time, and are very excited to now have him directly on our team to further propel our window film capabilities for our ESCO and Corporate Clients.

"We think the ESCO marketplace has been under-served by this industry because most window film vendors don’t have the national scale and financial backing to effectively serve the performance contracting market,” said Laufenberg. Saul and the BES Team will now together have the ability to provide performance bonding on window film projects of over $15M.
